The Mark Twain Diner, just down the road from his progeny the Huck Finn Diner, checks all the Jersey diner boxes: fast service with chatty servers; a huge menu ranging from eggs, to grilled cheese to steak and lobster; and disco fries. It’s open till 1 am weekdays, 2 am Friday and Saturday. With a full bar, how could you go wrong?
